Our Team
Shawn Lowery, Founder & Principal
​
Shawn is founder and principal of Timber Run Capital, a mid-Atlantic based real estate investment firm.
​
Upon graduating with a MBA from Villanova University, Shawn has gathered a varied background in: accounting, investment advisory, real estate sales, appraisal, development and acquisition, construction management and multifamily syndication.
Mr. Lowery has served as principal on over a dozen real estate projects throughout the mid-Atlantic states, including full cycle multifamily investments. Shawn has deployed over $3.5M in private investor capital and has sold over $110M as a licensed real estate agent.

Shawn resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife Cheryl, and their 2 boys, Connor & Colton. He enjoys travel, golf, disc golf and the occasional retreat to their family cabin in the Pocono mountains.
